Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped by Paranjape Agro
• Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
• Were incorrectly shipped items
• Show quality issues upon arrival

All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Perishable goods (seeds, plants, fertilizers)
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Custom-made or personalized items

Refund Process

1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s)
2. You will receive an email notification about the status of your return
3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
4. Credit card refunds typically take 2-5 business days to appear on your statement

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• For orders with multiple items, refunds will only be issued for returned items

Important Information

• Returns must be in original packaging with all accessories included
• Items should be unused and in resalable condition
• We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping
• Refunds exclude any original shipping, handling, or delivery charges

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Customer unavailability during delivery attempts
• Loss of products after confirmed delivery by shipping carrier
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
